Can exhibition games be branded for our company?
Branding possibilities depend on the product and what you need to promote. Let us know whether you want logos, colours, promotional messaging or a particular campaign theme, and we can discuss suitable options before quoting.
Do you supply exhibition games outside Birmingham?
Yes. Midlands Premier Events is based near Birmingham's NEC and takes enquiries for events elsewhere in the UK. Availability, logistics and travel arrangements depend on the equipment, date and venue.
How much space do your games need at an exhibition?
Space requirements vary. A compact arcade machine has very different access and clearance needs from a larger interactive game. Tell us your stand dimensions and any venue restrictions so the proposed equipment can be checked for suitability.
Can we hire several attractions for one company event?
Yes. Multiple games can be selected for different types of participation, such as short reaction rounds, head-to-head competition and informal arcade play. We can also discuss catering and photo experiences as part of the same event brief.
Are delivery, setup and staffing included?
Requirements vary by product and event. Delivery, installation, operating arrangements, any staffing requirements and collection should be confirmed as part of your quotation, rather than assumed to be included in every hire.
How early should we enquire for a trade show or corporate event?
Once your date and venue are reasonably certain. Exhibition build schedules, branding requests and larger multi-product packages may require more planning, so an early enquiry allows time to confirm the details.
